Povijest

Villa je rekonstruirana na temelju stare istarske kuće sagrađene sredinom 19. stoljeća. Nekadašnja kuća je bila centar većeg seoskog imanja koje je obuhvaćalo gospodarske zgrade, prostor za domaće životinje i sl. Gospodin Šime, rođen 1908. godine, je bio prethodni vlasnik i po njemu je villa dobila i ime.

Lokacija

Villa je smještena blizu grada Poreča, 10 minuta udaljenosti od mora i od nekoliko uređenih plaža označenih plavom zastavom.
